Air-Cooled Screw Chiller Unit is an integrated air-cooled large-scale chiller system. It adopts semi-hermetic screw compressors and high-efficiency V-type fin air-cooled condensers, equipped with R22/R134a/R407C environmentally friendly refrigerants. No cooling tower, cooling water pump, or cooling water system is required, completely eliminating dependence on water resources.
The unit features an integrated design, allowing outdoor installation on rooftops or open ground without the need for a dedicated machine room. It is suitable for various applications such as water-scarce areas, space-limited projects, and renovation upgrades.
With 10%-100% stepless capacity control, the unit delivers excellent part-load energy efficiency and supports multiple units in parallel with group control. It can provide standard 7℃ chilled water for air-conditioning systems and is compatible with ethylene glycol and propylene glycol antifreeze cooling media.
Meeting both commercial central air-conditioning and industrial low-temperature process cooling requirements, it is a stable, energy-efficient, and easy-to-maintain primary cooling source for large-scale air-cooled systems.
