Product Introduction

It addresses the high heat-flux dissipation challenges of high-density computing in single server racks. Working Principle

The unit adopts a vapor-compression refrigeration cycle combined with an advanced PID cascade control algorithm to precisely exchange heat and control the temperature of the primary-side cooling medium. It outputs constant-temperature chilled water to the liquid cooling CDU, which then delivers coolant to the server cold plates or immersion tanks, transferring the heat generated by the server clusters back to the unit for heat exchange and dissipation. The system can be integrated with a free cooling mode, utilizing free cooling sources when the ambient temperature is low to significantly reduce data center operating energy consumption. It continuously monitors temperature, pressure, and flow rate, responds rapidly to sudden changes in computing loads, and ensures stable and reliable coolant supply throughout the liquid cooling system.

Key Advantages

High-Precision, Stable Temperature Control to Prevent Computing Performance Throttling The system uses adaptive PID dynamic adjustment. The standard model can achieve temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃, while the precision-customized version can achieve ±0.2℃. It quickly responds to fluctuating computing loads, prevents GPU/CPU thermal throttling caused by temperature drift, ensures stable server computing performance, and reduces the risk of downtime.

Compatible with Cold Plate / Immersion Liquid Cooling Solutions Compatible with indirect cold plate liquid cooling and single-phase immersion cooling systems. It can be connected to liquid cooling CDU distribution units and supports various circulating media, including ethylene glycol-water solutions and deionized water. The water circuit uses fully enclosed 304/316L stainless steel piping to reduce the risks of corrosion, scaling, and leakage, making it suitable for long-term data center operation.

High-Efficiency Design to Reduce Data Center PUE Supports free cooling integration, making full use of outdoor cooling sources during autumn and winter and allowing intermittent compressor operation to significantly reduce overall energy consumption. High-efficiency scroll / magnetic levitation compressors are available, and under certain operating conditions, PUE can be reduced to the 1.1-1.2 range, meeting the requirements for green data center development.

Modular Redundancy for Highly Reliable, Uninterrupted Operation Supports parallel modular expansion of multiple units, allowing cooling capacity to be increased according to demand. Key components can be configured with redundancy. The system features comprehensive protection functions, including high/low pressure, anti-freezing, water shortage, abnormal flow, and leak detection linkage alarms. It provides fault alarm outputs and supports automatic restart upon power restoration, ensuring uninterrupted computing operations.

Intelligent IoT Connectivity for Data Center Operation and Maintenance Platforms Features a color touchscreen PLC interface for visualizing temperature, pressure, flow rate, and operating status. A standard RS485 Modbus communication interface is provided for connection to data center MES and environmental monitoring systems, enabling remote monitoring, parameter configuration, and fault alarm uploads to meet the automated management requirements of intelligent computing centers.

Flexible Deployment for Both New and Existing Data Centers Air-cooled and water-cooled configurations are available. The air-cooled type requires no cooling tower, offers simple installation, and is suitable for small and medium-sized computing rooms. The water-cooled type provides higher energy efficiency and is suitable for large-scale supercomputing centers. The system can be used in newly built data centers as well as liquid cooling retrofit projects for traditional air-cooled data centers.
